November 26, 1932 – April 5, 2014
Mr. Malcolm "Slick" Callison, 81, of Martin died 10:25 p.m. Saturday, April 5, 2014, at his home.
Graveside services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at Stanley Chapel Cemetery near Union City. Rev. Frank Gardner will officiate.
The family will receive friends at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday.
Pallbearers will be Steve Turnbow, Roger Vancleave, Warner Ray Callison, Jr., Sam Brent, Keith Morrison and Jeremy Vittetoe.
Mr. Callison was born November 26, 1932, in the Terrell Community in Weakley County, son of the late Floyd Washington and Clara (Hatchett) Callison. He married
Sarah Mae (Retzloff) Callison
April 26, 1958. She died August 6, 2013. Mr. Callison was a retired self employed dump truck operator and attended Gardner United Methodist Church. He was a United State Air Force Korean War veteran.
He is survived by four daughters, Janet Halliburton of Parsons, Lisa Bunch and Sarah Callison both of Martin and Alice Adams of Murfreesboro; two grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by three sisters; and three brothers.
