Ms. Madge (Glisson) Crayne, 79, of Union City passed away 9:10 a.m. Wednesday, July 8, 2015, at her home.

Funeral services will be conducted 10:00 a.m. Saturday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Jerry Leggett will officiate. Burial will follow in West Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday.

Pallbearers will be Jeff Ross, Michael Fischer, Kurt Caldwell, Blake Caudle, Randy Evans, and Larry Edmundson.

Ms. Crayne was born May 15, 1936, in Obion County, daughter of the late David Cleburn and Martha Adean (Chumley) Glisson. She had been employed at the former Moore's Fruit Company and the former CBK both in Union City and had served in the United States Marine Corps.

She is survived by three daughters and two sons-in-law, Gay and Jeff Ross of Troy, Sandy Kersey of Union City and Kim and Michael Fischer of Ocala, Florida; one sister, Margie Pat Hayes of Union City; one brother, Lexie Parks Hogan of Union City; five grandchildren, Samantha Breen of Vero Beach, Florida, Brittney Caldwell of Union City, Ashley Caudle of Nashville, and Jacob Fishcer and Dylon Fischer both of Ocala, Florida; five great grandchildren, Courtney Worley, Joyner Caldwell and Austin Caldwell all of Union City and Aidan Breen and Addison Breen both of Vero Beach, Florida.; and several nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by one brother, David "Pete" Glisson.
