Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Cody Pritchard, Brother Jerry Leggett and Brother Eddie Mallonee will officiate. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery .
The family will receive friends at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday.
Pallbearers will be Paul Duren, John Duren, James Cole, Michael Cole, Mark Fuqua and Justin Norsworthy.
Mrs. Cole was born on April 18, 1926, in Gibson County, daughter of the late William Walter and Vetral Ozell (Needham) Winsett. She married James Floyd Cole on January 5, 1946. He survives. She had been employed at the former Salant & Salant and at the former Hayes Big Star in Troy. Mrs. Cole was a member of Second Baptist Church where she had served as Sunday school teacher of the Harvesters Class for many years.
She is also survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Polly Cole of Union City and Anna and Gary Duren of Obion; her son and daughter-in-law, Ricky and Sandra Cole of Union City; six grandchildren, Diana Fuqua of Pontotoc, Mississippi, Paul Duren of Obion, John Duren and James Cole both of Troy, Dana Norsworthy of Mayfield, Kentucky and Michael Cole of Union City; and several great-grandchildren.
