Mr. Louis T. Jose, Jr. (Buddy), 82, of Union City passed away 1:58 p.m. Saturday, September 18, 2021, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.

Private graveside services will be held at East View Cemetery.

A celebration of Life and Mass will be held at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Union City with date and time to be announced.

Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Louis was born November 30, 1938, in Bobo, Mississippi, son of the late Louis Tony Jose, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth (Mandolini) Jose.  He married Margaret Ann (Pickel) Jose April 7, 1961.
He retired from both Goodyear and the 913th National Guard Engineering Co in Union City with 30 years service to both.  He was an active member of the Immaculate Conception Church where he was a 4th degree Knight and former Grand Knight.

He is survived by his wife, two daughters, Valorie Yates (Neil) of Bradford and Theresa Bumpus of Troy; one son, Tony Jose (Kim) of Lee's Summit, Missouri; five grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Paul Jose and John Jose.
