Lorie Ann Griffin, 54, of Cayce, Kentucky, went home to be with the Lord 6:24 a.m. Wednesday, November 11, 2020, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Saturday at First Pentecostal Church in Union City. Brother Dwayne Uzzle and Brother Billy Uzzle will officiate. Burial will follow in Cayce Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at First Pentecostal Church from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of services Saturday.

Pallbearers will be Chris Bradshaw, Eric Williams, Bruce Davis, Jordan Davis, Aaron Baker and John Tyler Hamil.

The family asks that those attending the visitation or funeral service to please wear a mask.

Lorie was born March 15, 1966, in Union City, daughter of Margaret (Rambo) Kimbro of Hickman, Kentucky and the late Bobby Jack Lane and the late Gerald Kimbro. She married James Griffin May 16, 1997. He survives. Lorie was a member of First Pentecostal Church in Union City and was a private sitter.

She is also survived by two daughters, Andrea Love (Doug) and Brittany Williamson (Mitchell) all of Union City; six grandchildren, Mackenzie Love, Peyton Love, Tyler Love, Maximus Williamson, Maverick Williamson and Zachary Griffin; three sisters, Jennifer Elliott (Dell) of Cayce, Kentucky, Donna Cloar of Madisonville, Kentucky and Kim Zamora of Cheyenne, Wyoming; one brother, Steven Lane of Paducah, Kentucky; and several nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by her stepson, Joshua Griffin; and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Tommy and Margaret Griffin.
