Mrs. Csaky was born November 9, 1968, in Hollywood, California, daughter of the late Paul William and Doris Ilene (Joyce) Maassen. She married Jan Michael Csaky June 18, 2001. He survives. Mrs. Csaky had been employed as a nurse and was of the Catholic faith.

She is survived by her daughter, Heaven Maassen of South Fulton; two sons, Corey Maassen of Seattle, Washington and Coleman Maassen of Italy; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Lisa and Barry Fowler of Union City, Leslie and Raymond Madding and Linda Maassen all of Troy; her brother and sister-in-law, Paul William Maassen II and Luzviminda Maassen of Seattle, Washington; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
