Loretta W. Ferguson, 84, of the Clayton community passed away 6:52 a.m. Tuesday, August 27, 2019, at the Obion County Nursing Home.

Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Obion County Memorial Garden Mausoleum. Angie Howe will officiate.

Friends are asked to meet at the cemetery for the service.

Loretta was born August 7, 1935, in Jamestown, Tennessee, daughter of the late Willie B. Westmoreland and the late Flonnie (Crabtree) Baker. She retired as a central supply clerk with Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City and was a member of Sunswept Baptist Church.

She is survived by four daughters, Melba Tittle (Glen) of the Clayton community, Dianne Frazier (Donnie) of Hohenwald, Vicki Johnson of Rives and Tammy Cook (Brian) of Murfreesboro; one son, Joe Ferguson (Angela) of Westmoreland; two half sisters, Bertie Lemonds of Dyersburg and Mary Jane Mc Clean of Memphis; two half brothers, Johnny Baker of St. Louis, Missouri and Lonnie Baker of Dyersburg; and several grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and several great great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by one infant son, Jimmy Dale Williams; one daughter, Rebecca Heathcock; four sisters; and seven brothers.
