Lois (Turnbow) Hinson, 80, of Union City passed away 3:51 p.m. Monday, February 21, 2022, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Tommy Roper will officiate. Burial will follow in Fremont Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Ebb Gwaltney, Willow Andecover, Teddy Ogden, Zeth Ogden, Chris Ogden and Josh Long.

Honorary pallbearers will be Miguel Martinez, Brandon Hinson, Chris Floyd and Jeremy Moreland.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of services Saturday.

Lois was born October 2, 1941, in Lake County, daughter of the late Albert and Betty (Mullikin) Turnbow. She married Frank Hinson June 15, 1957. He preceded her in death September 1, 2020. Lois was a homemaker and a member of Star of Bethlehem Assembly of God.

She is survived by four daughters, Frankie Ogden (Teddy), Connie Martinez (Miguel) and Mona Revell (Donnie) all of Union City and Michelle Hutchens of Troy; one son, Terry Hinson (Angela) of Union City; three sisters, Carolyn Travis (Charles), Debbie Turnbow and Teresa Roberson (Jackie) all of Union City; two brothers, Albert Turnbow of Obion and Richard Turnbow (Marilyn) of Union City; and several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by one son, Mark Hinson; one son-in-law, Dennis Hutchens; and three sisters, Geneva Higgins, Brenda Powers and Peggy Turnbow.
