Melissa Kay "Lisa" (Etheridge) Marcy, 62, of Union City passed away 6:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.

Graveside services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Friday at Mt. Olive Cemetery near Union City. Dr. Melvin Poe will officiate.

Pallbearers will be C.J. Miller, Ty Miller, Keith Hepler, Steve Brandon, George Edwards and Ralph Edwards.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Friday.

Lisa was born August 13, 1959, in Union City, daughter of Lenora (Hepler) Ray of Union City and the late Gerald Lewis Etheridge. She had been employed at the former Lennox Hearth Products in Union City for 32 years and at the time of her death was employed at Wal-Mart in Union City. Lisa was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and loved animals.

She is also survived by one daughter, Samantha Marcy of Union City; one sister, Connie Miller of Union City; and three brothers, Donnie Etheridge of Edmond, Oklahoma, Vince Ray of Martin and Van Ray of Union City.

She was also preceded in death by her stepfather, Harold Ray; and her grandparents, Clarence and Vera Hepler and Clyde and Bertha Etheridge.
