Linda Carol Powell, 69, of South Fulton passed away 2:21 p.m. Saturday, September 25, 2021, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 1, 2021, at Greater Vision Church in Troy. Pastor Robin Rotgers will officiate. Burial will follow in Obion County Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be held at Greater Vision Church from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday.

Pallbearers will be Edward Morris, D.J. Downey, Jeremy Hunter, Bobby Pilcher, Billy Canada and Kyle Kirk.

Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Linda was born August 22, 1952, in Fulton, Kentucky, daughter of the late James Howard "Buddy" and Ida B. (Taylor) McMillin. She was employed at Advance Auto Parts in Union City. Linda enjoyed watching University of Kentucky basketball and Hallmark Christmas movies. She attended Greater Vision Church in Troy.

She is survived by one daughter, Teri Powell of South Fulton; one son, Jamie Powell of South Fulton; one granddaughter, Hope Powell of Martin; one brother, David McMillin and his wife Brenda of South Fulton; several cousins, nieces, nephews and special friends.

She was also preceded in death by her daughter-in-law, Ginger Morris Powell; one sister, Brenda Scott; and one brother, Carl McMillin.
