Funeral services for Mrs. Moore will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Sunday, July 8, 2012 in the chapel of Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Marlon Stephens will officiate. Burial will follow in Obion County Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Saturday.
Her grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
Mrs. Moore was born April 7, 1921, in Gibson County, daughter of the late Sam and Alma (Whitehead) Williams. She was a homemaker and of the Methodist faith.
She is survived by three daughters and son-in-law, Mary Helen Lovett of Union City, Becky Reeves of Kenton and Ann and Bobby Bullion of Obion; four sons and daughter-in-laws, Earl Moore of Hornbeak, Raymond Moore of Rutherford, Glenn and Barbara Moore of Kenton and Dean and Donna Moore of Obion; two sisters, June Ingle of Dyer and Hautie Tilley of Trenton; one brother, Hillard Williams of Dyer; a daughter-in-law, Sandra Kay Moore of Obion; seventeen grandchildren; twenty-six great-grandchildren; five step great-grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Jerry Moore and Hubert Moore; two daughter-in-laws, Elizabeth Moore and Tina Moore; two sisters, Gladys Gibson and Frankie Westbrook; three brothers, Lodis Williams, Tommy Williams and Parker Williams.
