Mrs. Lillian Estelle Dean, 91, of Union City died 8:10 p.m. Friday, March 8, 2013, at Golden Living Center in Union City.
Funeral services for Mrs. Dean will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home. Brother James Kinsey will officiate. Burial will follow in Antioch Cemetery near Hornbeak.
The family will receive friends at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home on Monday from 12:00 p.m. until service time.
Family members will serve as pallbearers.
Mrs. Dean was born April 11, 1921, in Obion County, daughter of the late Robert A. and Hope (McCant) Wilson. She married William Price Dean in 1949. He died December 6, 1966. She was a Certified Nurses Assistant for many years and working at the former Obion County General Hospital in Union City. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Union City.
She is survived by one daughter, Louise Freeman of Union City; one son and daughter-in-law, Buddy and Linda Dean of Hornbeak; one brother, Marvin Wilson of Dresden; one half sister, Glenda Wilson Jones of Clarksburg, Tn.; five grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was also preceded in death by two daughters, Treva Truett and Linda Forrester and one half sister, Jo Ann Wilson Atkins.
