Mr. Kenneth Hardy Blackburn, 64, of Clinton, Kentucky, died 6:51 p.m. Tuesday, November 19, 2013, at Baptist Health in Paducah.

Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Hickman City Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of services Sunday.

Pallbearers will be Delton Blackburn, Levi Lacewell, Cody Lacewell, Aaron Parker and Josh Travers.

Mr. Blackburn was born July 20, 1949, in Lake County, son of the late Bill and Elneda (Lawrence) Blackburn. He married Judy (Ford) Blackburn October 20, 1973. She survives. He had been employed at Sigri Carbon in Hickman, Kentucky as a crane operator and was of the Baptist faith.

He is also survived by two daughters, Kendra Blackburn of Hickman, Kentucky and Victoria Blackburn of Clinton, Kentucky; one son, Dalton Blackburn of Clinton, Kentucky; two grandsons, Donald Levi Lacewell and Cody Andrew Lacewell both of Hickman, Kentucky; three sisters, Rena West of Fulton, Kentucky, Dewana Tipton of Dresden and Ramona Thomas of Louisville, Kentucky; and three brothers, Dennis Blackburn and David Blackburn both of Fulton, Kentucky and Gene Blackburn of St. Louis, Missouri.

He was also preceded in death by one brother, Timmy Blackburn.
