Keith Wade "Toby" Ellington, 49, of Union City passed away Monday night, October 5, 2020, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Pastor Justin Hiens will officiate.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday.

Keith was born September 26, 1971, in Union City, son of Carol (Harrington) Mayo of Union City and Hubert Ellington of Cookeville. He was employed as a press operator at ICI in Union City.

He is also survived by his girlfriend, Kim Hensley of Union City; his stepfather, Billy Mayo of Union City; his stepmother, Linda Ellington of Cookeville; his sister, Dana Brock (Tom) of Martin; his niece, Reagan Wallace (Trevor) of Martin; his nephew, Zach Brock (Bethany) of Martin; and his grandmother, Margaret Harrington of Union City.

He was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles Harrington, Reba Bond and Ruben Ellington.
