Kathy Wheeler, 62, of Murfreesboro passed away 7:50 p.m. Thursday, June 27, 2019, at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro. She was a former resident of Obion County.

Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Chip Davis will officiate. Burial will follow in Antioch Cemetery in the Crystal community.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of services Saturday.

Kathy was born March 15, 1957, in Union City, daughter of Shelley (Harris) Wheeler of the Crystal community and the late Knox Donald "Don" Wheeler. She had been employed in human resources management and was of the Baptist faith.

She is also survived by one sister, Shonna Eben (Ernest) of Mason; one brother, Kevin Wheeler (Cindy) of the Cyrstal community; three nephews, Mykel Eben (Sarah Reaves) of Atoka and Cory Eben (Megan) and Troy Eben all of Bartlett; two nieces, Katlyn Wheeler of the Crystal community and Alyssa Green (Zane) of Union City; one great niece, Natalia Green of Union City; several aunts and uncles; and special friends, Emily Ladd, Kelley Ladd Hodges of Murfreesboro; and her two godsons, Cainan Brandon and Cameron Brandon both of Murfreesboro.
