Kathy Ann Dillon, 67, of Union City passed away 1:15 p.m. Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at Tri Star Centennial Medical Center in Nashville.

Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of cremation arrangements.

Kathy was born August 31, 1957, in Muskegon, Michigan, daughter of the late Charles and Ruth (Johnson) Dillon. She earned her Bachelor's Degree from Bethel University and graduated with the first class to complete Certified Municipal Finance Officer program through the State of Tennessee in 2010. Kathy worked in local government since 1991 as a City Clerk, City Treasurer and City Manager. She began working for the City of Union City in 2007 and became City Manager for Union City in 2010 until retiring on December 31, 2023.

She is survived by her daughter, Leah Dillon of Flint, Michigan; her granddaughter, Amberleigh Dillon of Flint, Michigan; and two brothers, David Dillon and Pat Dillon.
