JUDY BELLE WHITE went to be with the Lord on December 30, 2022, in Union City, Tennessee at the age of 69.

Judy was born on March 19, 1953, in Huntington, West Virginia, to her late parents, Jack and Mandy (Insco) Adkins.

Judy graduated from Huntington East High School and went on to study at Marshall University. She worked for the former Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in Union City.

Judy loved the Lord more than anything and her life's dedication went to her only daughter and grandchildren. She will be missed dearly.

She is preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Stevens, second husband, James Dale White and brother, Jackie Bruce Adkins.

Judy is survived by one brother, Melvin Adkins of Union City, one sister, Brenda Flemings from Huntington, West Virginia; her only daughter Jaimie Ridenour of Union City; six grandchildren: Alyssa Black (Ridenour), Jonathon Ridenour, Alyiah Ridenour, Kaiden Jo Damons, Jayden Scott Ridenour, and Brianna Nichole Ridenour; and several nieces and nephews.

Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home of Union City, Tennessee is in charge of cremation arrangement.

Burial will follow on March 19, 2023 at 3pm in the Insco Family Cemetery, in Wayne W.Va.
