Josh Keith Stewart, 45, of Martin passed away 7:00 p.m. Thursday, December 4, 2025, at Oakdale Community Hospital in Oakdale, Louisiana.

A Celebration of Life will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 13, 2025, at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home.  Brother Chuck Graham will officiate.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. until service time.

Josh was born September 3, 1980, in Byhalia, Mississippi, son of Marvin Abernathy of Byhalia, Mississippi and the late Cathy (Bartlett) Abernathy.

He is also survived by his children, Chandler Stewart and his mom, Kimberly Cooper both of Union City; Kyler Stewart and Kensleigh Stewart and their mom, Brandi Stewart all of Martin; two sisters, Jennifer Swearingen (Charles) of Troy and Julie Stewart of Kenton; one brother, John Stewart of Jackson; and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
