Mr. Johnny Ray Lane, 76, of Woodland Mills passed away 5:52 p.m. Wednesday, October 7, 2020, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.

Funeral services were conducted 11:00 a.m. Friday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Brother David Kelly officiated. Burial was in Hickman City Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Tony Lane, David Kelly, Eric Walker, Gabriel Walker, Michael Yates and A.J. French.

Johnny was born June 18, 1944, in Hickman, Kentucky, son of the late Carl and Ethel (Watkins) Lane. He married Teresa (Willett) Lane November 16, 1963. She survives. He retired from Sigri Carbon in Hickman and the from the maintenance department at The University of Tennessee at Martin. Johnny was a member of the Assembly of God.

He is also survived by two daughters, Barbara Walker of Woodland Mills and Janis Kelly (David) of Clinton, Kentucky; one son, Tony Lane (Melissa) of Union City; two sisters, Judy Jones of Homestead, Florida and Betty Harwood (John) of Union City; one brother, Jerry Lane (Linda) of Niceville, Florida; seven grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by one son, Jeffrey Lane; three sisters, Bobbie Lane, Laverne Fletcher and Helen Stroud; and one brother, Carl Lane, Jr.
