John Cozad, Jr.'s Obituary
Mr. John Odis Cozad, Jr., 63, of Union City died 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 13, 2014, at his home.
There will be no services. Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of cremation arrangements.
Mr. Cozad was born April 22, 1951, in Fairmont, West Virginia, son of Lena Belle (Reese) Cozad of Avon Lake, Ohio and the late John Odis Cozad, Sr. He married Peggy (Bridges) Cozad September 13, 1985. She survives. Mr. Cozad was a graduate of Kansas State University where he received a dual bachelor of science degree in business and chemical engineering. He had been employed as a chief executive officer and a consultant in the oil and gas industry and the bio technology field.
He is also survived by one daughter, Rebecca Anne Cozad of Jekyll Island, Georgia; one son, Alex Cozad of Union City; and two sisters, Pam Harrell and Darwynne Cozad both of Avon Lake, Ohio.
