Joe Terry's Obituary
Mr. Larry Joe Terry, 74, of Dresden died 6:05 p.m. Thursday, June 5, 2014, at Volunteer Community Hospital in Martin.
Memorial services will be conducted 4:00 p.m. Saturday at McConnell Baptist Church. Brother Mark Dowdy will officiate.
The family will receive friends at McConnell Baptist Church from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of services Saturday.
Mr. Terry was born December 12, 1939, in Sharon, son of the late Fred Carter and Florence (Summers) Terry. He was a retired state investigator for the 27th Judicial District of Tennessee and was a member of McConnell Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Melinda (Wolverton) Terry of Dresden; three daughters, Kim Higgs of Dresden, Kelly Alley of Martin and Jo Lynn Dolack of Fishkill, New York; one son, Adam Killion of Paris; and eight grandchildren.
