Joe Elliott's Obituary
Joseph Lee "Joe" Elliott, 59, of Cayce, Kentucky, passed away Thursday morning, July 7, 2016, at his home.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Dr. Melvin Poe will officiate.
Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of services Sunday.
Joe was born September 10, 1956, in Sharon, son of Robbie (Lacky) Elliott of the Sidonia community and the late Joseph Marvin Elliott. He married Barbara (Tucker) Elliott January 11, 2006. She survives. Joe was a retired tire builder for the former Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. He enjoyed golf, bowling, gardening and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was of the Church of Christ faith.
He is also survived by one son Lee Austin Elliott of Carbondale, Illinois; one stepson, Bren Norris of Paris; two stepdaughters, Cheryl Burpo and husband Chris Burpo of Union City and Brandy Virgin and husband Dallas Virgin of Troy; six grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
