Jimmy Ray Morris, 59, of Union City passed away 9:42 p.m. Saturday, September 26, 2020, at Baptist Health Paducah.

Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of cremation arrangements.

Jimmy was born September 21, 1961, in Waukegan, Illinois, son of the late Raymond Leonard Morris and the late Helen Katherine (Newsom) Hopson. He married Marcy (Morris) Morris November 27, 2017. She survives.

He is also survived by one daughter, Nicci Flowers (Brian) of Dyersburg; one son, Christopher Ballard of Union City; two stepdaughters, Tessa Martinez and Elizabeth Carter both of Union City; two sisters, Joanne Duckworth (Thomas) of Union City and Jennifer Thornbury (Mark) of Cary, North Carolina; three brothers, Johnny Morris (Christine), Jerry Morris (Linda) and Joey Morris (Heather) all of Union City; and ten grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by one brother, Victor Morris.
