Mr. Jimmy Cruce, 66, of Obion died 12:30 p.m. Friday, January 25, 2013, at his home.

Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Robert Johnson will officiate. Burial will follow in Terrace Hill Cemetery in Troy.

The family will receive friends at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Sunday.

Pallbearers will be Jim Cruce, Jason Cruce, Tyler Cruce, Charlie Conn, Gerald Burkett, Don Petty, Monti Daoud, Steve Floyd and Jerry Britton.

Mr. Cruce was born October 5, 1946, in Samburg, son of Jean (Wallace) Gray of Englewood Lake and the late James Edward Cruce. He married Judy (Hollingsworth) Cruce October 26, 1968. She survies.  Mr. Cruce was a retired truck driver

He is also survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Amanda and Monti Daoud of Nashville and Courtney Petty of Obion; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Jim and Samantha Cruce and Jason Cruce all of Ridgely; his sister and brother-in-law, Kim and Lyn Maloney of Troy; his step father, Logan Gray of Englewood Lake; his step mother, Jeanie Cruce of Wichita, Kansas; two brothers, Charles Cruce of Millstadt, Illinois and Ronnie Cruce of Collinsville, Illinois; five grandchildren, Tyler Cruce of Obion, Keane Warren of Newbern, Gavin Cruce of Ridgely and Mark Ethridge and Garrett Petty both of Obion.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Kent Gray.
