Mr. James Russell " Jim " Shumaker, 87, of Union City passed away 10:27 a.m. Monday, June 1, 2015, at his home.
Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of cremation arrangements.
Mr. Shumaker was born February 5, 1928, in Grand Chain, Illinois, son of the late Jesse and Adyline (Badgley) Shumaker. He was a retired laborer.
He is survived by two brothers, Elmer Shumaker of Virginia and Lyman Shumaker of California; and several nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by one brother, George Shumaker; one sister, Muriel Deloris Miedl; and one niece, Glenda Miedl.
