Jennifer Lynn Roberson, 49, of the Shawtown community passed away Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at Greater Vision Church in Troy. Brother Archie Larry will officiate. Burial will follow in Terrace Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at Greater Vision Church from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of services Tuesday.

Pallbearers will be Billy Joe Roberson, Larry Wayne Roberson, Zach Roberson, Eric Owens, Joe Cupples and Doug Baker.

Jennifer was born August 25, 1976, in Augusta, Georgia, daughter of the late Edward Guy "Ed" and Betty Sue (Wheatley) Roberson. Jennifer had been employed at Wal Mart in Union City and MTD in Martin. Jennifer gave the gift of life through organ donation.

She is survived by one sister, Velma Tate of Hornbeak; two brothers, Guy Roberson and wife Cathy of Troy and Bobby Joe Roberson and wife Christy of Obion; her boyfriend, Russell Blassingame of the Shawtown community; and several nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by one brother, Tim Roberson; and her brother-in-law, David Tate.
