Jeffrey Lynn "Jeff" Smith, 58, of Union City passed away 5:36 p.m. Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

Memorial graveside services will be conducted 10:00 a.m. Monday, June 24, 2024, at Salem Cemetery near Union City. Brother Rick Burton will officiate.

Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of cremation arrangements.

Jeff was born June 14, 1965, in Memphis, son of Jo Ann (Reagan) Smith and the late Daniel B. "Don" Smith. He worked at The Locker Room and Budget Books with his parents.

He is survived by his mother, Jo Ann Smith of Union City; his son, Nathan David Smith of Union City; his sister and brother-in-law, Lisa and Terry Grooms of Troy; and his brother and sister-in-law, Eric and Lori Smith of Smyrna.
