Jeffery Lee "Jeff" Hamblen, 62, of Hornbeak passed away 8:10 p.m. Monday, January 11, 2021, at his home.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 15, 2021, in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Charles Southerland will officiate. Burial will follow in Hickman City Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of services Friday.

Pallbearers will be Ben Brady, Chuck Brady, Karl Burrows, Michael Whitehead, Paul Whitehead and Jamie Whitehead.

Jeff was born November 17, 1958, in Union City, son of the late Jerry Dale and Martha Dell (Ross) Hamblen. He had been employed at Flippen's Hillbilly Barn and was of the United Methodist faith.

He is survived by three sisters, Annette Myers (Russ) of Hornbeak, Billie Dell Carter (Alton McCollum) of Union City and Susan Johnson Rearden (Stewart) of Cloverport, Kentucky; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great great nieces and great great nephews.

He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Danny Glenn Thompson and James Robert "Bob" Hamblen.
