Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Frank Dalton will officiate. Burial will follow in East View Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday.

Pallbearers will be Brian O'Shaughnessy, Tommy Asher, Billy Joe Griffin, James Herman Forrester, Tony Cloar and Billy Autry Jr.

Honorary pallbearers will be Ricky Arnett, Jim Leeke, Skip Miller, Doug Pair and Wayne Jamerson.

Jeannine was born September 15, 1948, in Union City, daughter of the late Walter D. and Ruby May (Butler) Asher. She retired from the former Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company after fourteen years of service and was a member of New Ebenezer Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by her husband, Bobby Webb, whom she married July 2, 1981; three daughters, Frances Seaman of Irvington, Alabama, and Sandra Hicks and Marie Burns both of Martin; her stepdaughter, Ashley Adams of Mayfield, Kentucky; two stepsons, Tim Webb of Clinton, Kentucky and Will Webb of Mayfield, Kentucky; her sister, Angela O'Shaughnessy of Wilmington, Delaware; two brothers, the Rev. Walter W. Asher of Troy and Ken Asher of Union City; and eleven grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Mary Griffin.
