Shelby Jean Wallace, 86, of Union City passed away 10:14 p.m. Monday, February 17, 2025, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.

Graveside services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Obion County Memorial Gardens. Brother David Hagan will officiate.

Pallbearers will be grandsons.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 11:30 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. Saturday.

Jean was born August 10, 1938, in Gibson County, daughter of the late Joe Rue and Jesse Mary (Rushing) Bullington. She married Robert Wallace June 15, 1957. He preceded her in death November 28, 2020. Jean had been employed as a nurse's aide at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and was a member of the Church of Christ.

She is survived by three sons, Ricky Wallace and wife Judy of McKenzie, Mark Wallace and wife Gail of Empire, Alabama and Tim Wallace and wife Sandy of Troy; 13 grandchildren; and 27 great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by one sister, Judy Cameron; and three brothers, Max Bullington, Gerald Bullington and Bill Bullington.
