Frances Jean Miller, age 70, of Reelfoot Lake passed away 6:00 p.m. Friday, February 6, 2026, at her home.

Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of cremation arrangements.

Jean was born August 29, 1955, in Harlan County, Kentucky, daughter of the late William Donald and Linda Faye (Ledford) Hale. She married Charles "Chuck" Miller in 1989. Jean enjoyed fishing and golfing.

She is survived by her husband of 36 years Chuck Miller of Reelfoot Lake; one daughter, Melissa Duncan of Yuma, Arizona; two sons, Jason Louden of Bedford, Kentucky and Charles "Chuck" Miller, Jr. and wife Chrissy of New Castle, Kentucky; seven grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Cheryl Reardon.
