Janice Ann (Muse) Treece, 73, of the Shawtown community passed away 8:15 p.m. Saturday at The Bridge at Ridgely Nursing Home.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Tony Jones will officiate. Burial will follow in Cobbs Chapel Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Cole Clanton, Chase Clanton, Chance Clanton, Nick Dial, Scott Northam and Chad Northam.
Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of services Tuesday.

Janice was born October 27, 1943, in Obion County, daughter of the late Forrest and Louise(Conner) Muse. She married Dale Treece December 20, 1976. He survives. Janice was a member of New Ebenezer Cumberland Presbyterian Church and was the retired owner of Janice's Beauty Shop.
She is also survived by two daughters, Michelle (Charles) Cavaness of Henderson and Shelly (Matt) Long of Union City; one son, Kyle (Holly) Treece of Inverness, Florida;one sister, Virginia (Ivan) Griffin of Troy; her mother-in-law, Violet Treece of Hendersonville; and six grandchildren, Chandler Cavaness and Austin Cavaness both of Henderson, Kailey Long of Union City and Lily Treece, Cecil Treece and Emma Treece all of Inverness, Florida.
