Jan (Phipps) Ogden, 65, of Union City passed away 8:10 p.m. Friday, September 11, 2020, at AHC Union City.

Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Eddie Mallonee will officiate.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of services Tuesday.

Jan was born April 14, 1955, in Union City, daughter of Mary Nell (Gardiner) Phipps of Union City and the late Robert Louis "Bobby" Phipps. She retired as a clerk for the Obion County Register of Deeds after 32 years of service.

She is survived by one daughter, Kaila Stover of Union City; one son, Kyle Stover of Union City; one stepdaughter, Courtney Ogden of Tiptonville; one stepson, Jonathan Ogden of Union City; and five grandchildren, Rob Stover, Amari Ervin, Kylan Baker, Kailan Baker and Channing Davis all of Union City.

She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Mike Phipps and Billy Joe "Pee Wee" Phipps.
