Mr. James Lloyd Griffin, 61, of Cayce, Kentucky, went home to be with the Lord 12:16 p.m. Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at Baptist Health Paducah.

Funeral services will be conducted 6:00 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Dwayne Uzzle officiate. Private burial will be Saturday at Cayce Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. until the hour of services Friday.

Pallbearers will be Mike Roney, Mitchell Williamson, Doug Love, Eric Williams, Carson Stover and Larry Blasingim.

Honorary pallbearers will be the E. W. James and Sons crew from Union City.

James was born June 24, 1960, in Union City, son of the late Thomas Lloyd and Margaret Ella (Nipp) Griffin. He married Lorie Ann (Lane) Griffin May 16, 1997. She died November 11, 2020. He was a member of First Pentecostal Church in Union City worked for E.W. James and Sons as produce manager for 30 years

He is survived by one grandson, Zachary Griffin of Cynthiana, Indiana; two step daughters, Andrea Love (Doug) and Brittany Williamson (Mitchell) all of Union City; five step grandchildren, Mackenzie Love, Peyton Love, Tyler Love, Maximus Williamson andMaverick Williamson; two sisters, Nancy Roney of Union City and Judy Licary (Phil) of Rockfield, Illinois; one brother, Tom Griffin (Debbie) of Hickson, Tennessee; and several nieces and nephews.

He was also preceded in death by his son, Joshua Griffin.
