Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Tuesday in the Chapel of Dilday Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Obion County Memorial Gardens. Brother Danny Walker and Brother Chip Davis will officiate.

Mr. Bell was born December 24, 1950, in Fulton County, Kentucky, son of the late Walter and Louise (Davis) Bell. He married the former Shelley Stowe in 1975. She survives. Mr. Bell had been employed at Ferry Morse Seed Company in Fulton for sixteen years.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Bell is survived by two daughters, Lee Wilson of Martin and Kathy (Alan) Terry of Union City; four brothers, Carl Bell of Fulton, Ky., Walter (Marion) Bell of South Fulton, Johnny Bell of Martin and Jack Bell of Mayfield, Ky., four sisters, Joyce Ward of Martin, Doris (Charles) Morrison of Water Valley, Ky., Clara (Joe) Jackson of Dukedom, Ky., and Sandra (Lonnie) Jackson of South Fulton; six grandchildren, Brittany Andrews, C.J. Williams and Andrew Bergeron all of Martin, and Collin Terry, Conner Terry and Colby Terry all of Union City.

He was preceded in death by one grandson, Samuel Blake Wilson.

The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Dilday Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Monday.

Active pallbearers to serve will be Charles Parker, Larry Jones, Harold White, Danny Bell, Rusty Morrison and Lonnie Jackson.

Honorary pallbearers to serve will be his grandchildren.
