Mr. Jack Randall Tuck, 81, of Union City passed away 9:20 a.m. Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at The Waters of Union City.

Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Stanley's Chapel Cemetery.  Brother Eddie Mallonee will officiate.

There will be no visitation and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery at time of services.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Jack was born August 9, 1942, in Union City, son of the late Roscoe Thomas and Addie Jane Mildred (Dixon) Tuck.  He married Rita June (Batts) Tuck December 25, 1966.  She passed away March 13, 2014.  He worked for the former Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company for 32 years.  He was ordained as a minister and deacon at the former Northwestern Baptist Church in1975 and went on 18 mission trips in Iowa, Nebraska and Oklahoma. Jack was a member of Community Bible Church in Union City.

He is survived by one daughter, Linda Carol Garrett (Daniel) of Union City; four nephews, Craig McManus (Beth) of Union City, Trent McManus (Christy) of Henderson, Jeff Davis (Gloria) of Grand Rapids, Michigan and Buster Tuck of Union City; one niece, Cheri Swing (Gary) of Hendersonville; and his brother-in-law, Wendell McManus of Halls.

He was also preceded in death by one son, James Randall Tuck; and one brother, Ira Tuck.
