Mr. Ismael Jiron Nunez, 79, of the Terrell community passed away Monday morning, November 22, 2021, at his home.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Father Carl Gregorich will officiate. Burial will follow in East View Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday.

Family members will serve as pallbearers.

Ismael was born April 25, 1942, in Guanajuato, Mexico, son of the late Jose and Maria Ines (Giron) Nunez. He married Estela (Rivas) Nunez February 18, 1965. She survives. Ismael was a retired employee of Tyson Foods and was of the Catholic faith.

He is also survived by two daughters, Estela Nunez and Lidia Munoz both of Springdale, Arkansas; two sons, Manuel Nunez and Mariano both of Springdale, Arkansas; one sister, Alta Garcia of Mexico City, Mexico; one brother, Jose Nunez of Martin; thirteen grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by one brother, Alberta Nunez.
