Ida Mullen's Obituary
Mrs. Ida Mullen, 85, of Union City passed away 9:50 p.m. Saturday, January 9, 2016, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.
Graveside services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 15, 2016, at East View Cemetery in Union City. Pastor Paul Ray Cagle and Brother Rick Walker will officiate.
Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 11:30 a.m. until the time of services Friday.
Pallbearers will be Brad Branscum, Tyler Branscum, Jason Anacker, Bruce Gillum, Steve Sherfield and Tom Kabat.
Mrs. Mullen was born March 3, 1930, in Muncie, Indiana, daughter of the late Walter and Amanda (Nickerson) Gabel. She married Robert L. Mullen June 18, 1977. He died September 23, 2000. Ms. Ida was a homemaker and a member of First United Pentecostal Church in Union City.
She is survived by three daughters, Pam Gillum of Rotonda West, Florida, Debbie Branscum of Obion and Penny Anacker of Cincinnati, Ohio; one son, Wayman Ward of Marion, Indiana; one sister, Edna Walker of California; nine grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by one son, Jimmy Ward; and four sisters.
