Ida Mcmillin's Obituary
Mrs. Ida Bell McMillin, 88, of South Fulton passed away 4:45 p.m. Thursday, December 28, 2017, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Pastor Chuck Kohley will officiate. Burial will follow in Obion County Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 11:00 p.m. until the hour of services Saturday.
Pallbearers will be Kevin Scott, Devin Scott, Chris McMillin, Jamie Powell, Trestin Joyner-McMillin and Preston Morris.
Mrs. Ida was born August 9, 1929, in Union City, daughter of the late Roy and Josie (Glasgow) Taylor. She married James Howard "Buddy" McMillin. He passed away. She was a homemaker and member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in South Fulton.
She is survived by two daughters, Linda Carol Powell of Union City and Brenda Faye and Barry Scott of South Fulton; one son, James David and Brenda McMillin of South Fulton; eight grandchildren, Jamie Powell, James Christopher McMillin, Amy Lynn Morris, Charles Kevin Scott, Lisa Carol Pritchard, Teri Lyn Powell, Sabrina Skye McMillin and Trestin Lee Joyner-McMillin; thirteen great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by one son, Carl Leslie McMillin; two brothers and one sister.
