Herbert Andrew "Herb" Marshall, 77, of Troy passed away 2:45 p.m. Wednesday, August 31, 2022, at West Tennessee Healthcare Volunteer Hospital in Martin.

Funeral services will be conducted 12:00 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Tony Jones will officiate. Burial will follow in Campground Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Gary Rudd, Ethan Rudd, Austin Rudd, Brian Marshall, Jeff Barnes and Trey Kuhn.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m.until the hour of services Saturday.

Herb was born January 8, 1945, in Memphis, son of the late James Archie and Julia Pearl (Mims) Marshall. He married Donna (Rudd) Marshall March 1, 1991. She survives. Herb retired as a senior field representative with Underwriters Laboratories after 30 years of service. He served in the United States Army and attended Troy First Baptist Church.

He is also survived by one son, Andrew Marshall of Troy; one daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Chuck Lee of Coldwater, Mississippi; two brothers, Danny Marshall (Margurette) of Olive Branch, Mississippi and Gene Marshall (Helen) of Cordova; one granddaughter; three great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.

He was also preceded in death by five sisters, Betty Burford, Ruby Wisemiller, Louise Fletcher , Gracie Gross, and Lotis Higgins; and three brothers, Jesse Marshall, Searcy Marshall and James Marshall.
