Mrs. Helen Mary Biefer, 93, of Martin passed away 6:20 a.m. Tuesday, March 15, 2016, at Tennova Healthcare Volunteer Martin.

Memorial services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Saturday at First United Methodist Church in Martin. Rev. Randy Cooper will officiate.

Visitation will be held at First United Methodist Church in Martin from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of services Saturday.

Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Biefer was born September 9, 1922, in Jackson, Michigan, daughter of the late Clarence Harris and the late Mildred (Priest) Click. She married Robert Otto Biefer November 30, 1944. He died February 3, 2007. Mrs. Biefer was a member of First United Methodist Church in Martin and the Martin Senior Citizens Center. She was a retired photo technician.

She is survived by one daughter, Elizabeth (Theodore) Dielman of Martin; two sons, Russell (Marilyn) Biefer of Cass City, Michigan and Ronald (Susan) Biefer of Woodstock, Georgia; four grandchildren, Christine Hunt of Union City, Aaron Biefer of Holly, Michigan, Theodore A. Dielman of Nashville and John (Erica) Livingstone of Atlanta, Georgia; and three great grandchildren, Chloe Smithson and Ethan Hunt both of Union City and Jack Livingston of Hilton Head, South Carolina.

She was also preceded in death by one sister, Margaret French; and one brother, Robert Harris.
