Glenda (Hamil) Strader, 59, of Hickman, Kentucky passed away 8:40 p.m. Monday, October 14, 2019, at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, Kentucky.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Donnie Ragsdale will officiate. Burial will follow in Lake Memorial Gardens near Tiptonville.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Thursday and from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of services Friday.

Pallbearers will be Michael Hamil, David Bowling, Trent Whitmore, Rob Whitmore, Matt Strader and B.J. McBride.

Honorary pallbearers will be Joe Mack Brunswick and Jesse Bates.

Glenda was born September 28, 1960, in Hickman, Kentucky, daughter of the late Leroy and Stella (Rothman) Hamil. She married Ed Strader February 6, 1978. He survives. Glenda was a homemaker and attended First Church of God in Hickman.

She is also survived by one daughter, Melody Whitmore (Rob) of Westlake, Ohio; two sons, Bryan Strader (Lauren) of Destin, Florida and Mathew Strader (Kimberly) of Marianna, Florida; four grandsons, Jordan Strader of Destin, Florida, Trenton Whitmore of Westlake, Ohio and Connor Strader and Kyser Strader both of Marianna, Florida; two sisters, Patricia Busby of Mayfield, Kentucky and Lula Porter of Hickman, Kentucky; one brother, Ray Hamil of Newbern; and several nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by three sisters; and seven brothers.
