Dennis Gary Montgomery, 61, of Union City passed away 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 9, 2021, at his home.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Perry Draper will officiate. Burial will follow in Antioch Cemetery near Hornbeak.

Pallbearers will be Ken Hogg, Jason Montgomery, Bryant Montgomery, Chad Montgomery, Donnie Montgomery and Kenneth Cary.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of services Saturday.

Gary was born October 13, 1959, in Garden City, Michigan, son of the late Dennis L. and Velma Lou (McEwen) Montgomery. He had been employed in production at the former Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Gary enjoyed collecting coins, was a history buff and loved Detroit Tigers baseball.

He is survived by his aunts and uncles, Charlotte Hogg of Samburg, Wayne Montgomery of South Fulton, Hale C. and Gloria Montgomery and Eddie Montgomery all of Union City, Tim McEwen of Wayne, Michigan; and cousins.
