Mr. Gary Wayne Bing, 65, of Union City passed away 4:20 p.m. Friday, March 25, 2016, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Dwayne Hensley and Tony Lane will officiate.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday.

Gary was born October 1, 1950, in Fulton County, Kentucky, son of the late Ernest and Bessie (Bing) Bing. He married Marilyn Jane (Elks) Bing May 28, 1971. She survives. Gary retired in 2015 after 33 years of service with the City of Union City as a waste water operator. He served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War and was of the Baptist faith.

He is also survived by two sisters, Geraldine Easley of Kenton and Anita Moore of Martin; four brothers, Malcolm Bing of Texas, Russell Bing of Union City, Walter Bing of Woodland Mills and Haywood Bing of Hickman, Kentucky; and several nieces and nephews.

He was also preceded in death by one sister, Wilma Jeanette Bing; and two brothers, Elbert Bing and Delbert Bing.
