Obituary

Norman Frank Moseley, 73, of Union City passed away 1:30 p.m. Friday, July 7, 2023, at his home.

Funeral services will be conducted 6:00 p.m. Monday at First Church of God in Union City. Brother Ron Gray will officiate.

Visitation will be held at First Church of God from 4:00 p.m. until the hour of services Monday.

Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Frank was born January 13, 1950, in Dermott, Arkansas, son of the late Norman E. and Mary (Davis) Moseley. He married Debbie (Scarborough) Moseley July 25, 1986. She survives. Frank sold farm machinery for 47 years. He loved his job and his customers. Frank started his career at Beck & Rippy Tractor Company where he was employed for 22 years. He sold Caterpillar for Fabick Brothers Equipment in Sikeston, Missouri for 7 years. In 1992 he went to work for Hutson Ag selling John Deere tractors and equipment until 2010. Frank was a member of First Church of God in Union City where he had served in many positions over the years.

He is survived by his wife of 37 years Debbie Moseley of Union City; three children, Ben Presson and Danielle Garland and husband Nick all of Union City and David Moseley of Lexington, South Carolina; his grandchildren, Gunner Presson, Shooter Presson, Caleb Garland and Kelsey Garland all of Union City and Andrew Moseley and Parker Moseley both of Lexington, South Carolina; his brother, Mike Moseley of Rock Island; his brother-in-law, Damon Campbell of Rives; his sisters-in-laws and husbands, Mike and Donna Phipps of Woodland Mills, Denise Chessor of Union City and David and Donna Scarborough of Douglasville, Georgia; and several nieces and nephews.

He was also preceded in death by his sister, Evalyn Campbell; his mother-in-law, Verdie Scarborough; his brother-in-law, Dennis Scarborough; and one nephew, David Scarborough, Jr.
