Faye Marie (Covey) Golden, 68, of Union City passed away 5:55 p.m. Wednesday, May 31, 2017, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.

Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 p.m. Sunday at First Church of God in Union City. Brother Ron Gray will officiate. Burial will follow in East View Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at First Church of God from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of services Sunday.

Pallbearers will be Jonathan Enochs, Michael Enochs, Wesley Shepherd, Corey Siglow, Ben Syrstad and Matt Covey.

Honorary pallbearers will be Jamie Covey and T.J. Long.

Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Faye was born September 30, 1948, in Garden City, Michigan, daughter of the late James Richard and Violet Marie (Grady) Covey. She married Perry Golden September 1, 2001. He passed away October 15, 2015. Faye retired from General Motors Company in Ypsilanti, Michigan and was a member of First Church of God in Union City.

She is survived by two daughters, Tanya (Benjamin) Syrstad of Hubertus, Wisconsin and Lisa (Tony) Darnall of Union City; four sons, Wesley Shepherd of Fowlerville, Michigan, Jonathan (Jessica) Enochs of Martin, Michael (Cathy) Enochs of Brighton, Michigan, and Corey (Wendy) Siglow of Union City; one sister, Debbie (J.R.) Long of Union City; her twin brother, Ray (Paula) Covey of Union City; her brother-in-law, Mackie Golden of Union City; nine grandchildren; and one great grandson.

She was also preceded in death by one sister, Janice Siglow.
