Eva Marie (Long) Russom, 41, of Nashville passed away 1:05 p.m. Thursday, December 7, 2017, at Southern Hills Medical Center in Nashville. She was a former resident of Troy.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Gene Oller will officiate. Burial will follow in the Cranford Family Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of services Tuesday.
Eva was born August 6, 1976, in Union City, daughter of Eddie Gene Long of Gleason and Scarlett Marie (Cranford) Pennington of Symsonia, Kentucky. She was a 1994 graduate of Obion County Central High School and was a cosmetologist for 21 years. Eva was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Elizabeth Marie and Taylor Courtney of Murfreesboro; two sons, Allan Cole Russom of Mt. Juliet and Marshall Wayne Russom of Antioch; one brother and sister-in-law, Joseph Gene and Samatha Lynn Long of Balaton, Minnesota; her grandmother, Muriel Long of Martin; one nephew, Justus Gene Long of Balaton, Minnesota; her former husband, Landry Wayne Russom of Mt. Juliet; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, George and Dorothy Cranford and Buford Long, and her cousin, Jessica Cranford.
