Edna Elizabeth "Sitter" Coleman, 87, of the Fremont community passed away 7:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 3, 2021, at her home.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Charles Southerland will officiate. Burial will follow in Fremont Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday.
Pallbearers will be Jack Krietman, Jr., Justin Krietman, Jacob Vancleave, Melvin Powers, Timmy Bishop and Matt Beard.
Honorary pallbearers will be Joey Vancleave and Kyle Bluehorse.
Edna was born February 25, 1934, in Obion County, daughter of the late Loyd and Tanzy (Hawkins) Killion. She married George W. Coleman, Jr. May 4, 1993. He survives. Edna had been employed at Fisher Body in Michigan and The Pier Restaurant in Samburg. She was a member of David's Chapel Baptist Church.
She is also survived by one daughter, Susie Powers (Charles) of the Walnut Log community; three sons, Jackie Krietman, Sr. (Sueann) of the Fremont community, Noah Vancleave (Lisa) of Murfreesboro and Timothy Vancleave (Deborah) of the Fremont community; one brother, James "Dago" Killion (Nadine) of the Fremont community; nine grandchildren, Jackie Krietman, Jr. (Molly) of the Fremont community, Justin Krietman (Britney) of Obion, Jacob Vancleave (Sydney) of Samburg, Joey Vancleave and Melvin Powers both of the Walnut Log community, Kyle Bluehorse of Paducah, Kentucky, Katie Beth Byars (Kyle) of Jackson, Johnathan Johnson (Amanda) of Rutherford and Cody Davis (Amber) of Finley; and four great grandchildren, Jada Krietman and Jenna Krietman both of the Fremont community, Jainee Krietman of Obion and Slater Vancleave of Samburg.
She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Frankie Dan Vancleave; one great granddaughter, Braylee Krietman; and one brother, Melvin "Tookie" Killion.
