Edward Eugene "Eddie" Brunswick, Jr., 59, of the Possum Trot community passed away 2:50 a.m. Saturday, April 9, 2022, at his home.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Eric Burress will officiate. Burial will follow in Fremont Cemetery near Union City.
Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Sunday and from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of services Monday.
Pallbearers will be Rob Somerville, Michael Fletcher, Michael Baggett, Robert Cooper, David Goff and Mike Thompson.
Honorary pallbearers will be Mack Cooper, Randall Winston and Mason Tate.
Eddie was born August 27, 1962, in Union City, son of Jeanie (Caldwell) Baggett of the Possum Trot community and the late Edward Eugene Brunswick, Sr. He married Cynthia "Cindy" (White) Brunswick June 26, 2004. She survives. Eddie had been employed as a electronics and computer instructor at Tennessee College of Applied Technology in Newbern and as IT coordinator for Northwest Tennessee Human Resources Agency. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and boating. Eddie was a member of Walnut Log Baptist Church.
He is also survived by one sister and brother-in-law, Karen and Tommy Willingham of the Possum Trot community; one brother and sister-in-law, Steve and Rama Brunswick of Cosby; his mother-in-law, Anita Gammons of Rutherford; one sister-in-law and her husband, Trina and Paul Reyes of Southaven, Mississippi; two brothers-in-law and the spouse of one, Mike and Laurie White of Dyer and Timothy Gammons of Trenton; four nieces, Meganne Lee of Cosby, Anna Nunnery (Ricky) of Hornbeak, Heather Jelonek (Ricky) of Union City and Ashley Willingham of Hickman, Kentucky; one nephew, Bo Vise (Krista) of Hornbeak; five other nephews and one niece; and several great nieces and great nephews.
He was also preceded in death by his stepfather, Jimmy Baggett.
