Mrs. Dorothy Mae Garrigus Myers, 92, of Hickman, Kentucky passed away 7:40 a.m. Thursday, August 25, 2016, at Union City Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

Mrs. Myers was born December 26, 1923, in Graves County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Noah and Callie Bell (Thomas) Watts. She had been employed as a machine operator for the former Hickman Garment Company and was of the Pentecostal faith.

She is survived by two daughters, Yvetta Murray of Hickman, Kentucky and Vanessia Gaskins and husband Lloyd Gaskins of Fulton, Kentucky; one son, Carl Garrigus and wife Pat Garrigus of Mayfield, Kentucky; eight grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; and six great great grandchildren.

Mrs. Myers was preceded in death by her first husband, Jewel Garrigus; her second husband, Robert Myers; her son-in-law, Bill Murray; five sisters; and three brothers.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Charles Southerland will officiate. Burial will follow in Hickman City Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Tony Garrigus, Joe Garrigus, Doug Love, T.J. Love, Jason Gaskins and Michael Gardner.

Visitation will be held at Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Saturday and from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of services Sunday.
